About YTTW
Building and construction trade unions have a long history of giving workers a voice and ensuring excellence on the job. Maintaining that tradition of strength and quality means focusing on tomorrow's workers today. That is why the New Jersey State Building and Construction Trades Council has become part of the New Jersey Youth Transition to Work Program, YTTW.
YTTW is a state-funded program that promotes work-based learning and the establishment of linkages among secondary schools, postsecondary and registered apprenticeships. YTTW brings the knowledge and expertise of New Jersey's tradespeople to classrooms around the state.
